The LCCAC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We need and appreciate the financial support of corporations, small businesses and individuals in addition to our annual grant writing and fund raising efforts. If you feel the LCCAC is a worthwhile cause and would like to help, there are a variety of ways you can contribute. Thank you!

Designate Larimer County Child Advocacy Center in your will

If you wish to leave a lasting legacy that will provide caring and professional support to children even after you are gone, consult your attorney.  Our office will be glad to provide our tax identification number and any other information you might need when drafting your will.  Call us about this great opportunity.

Monetary Donations

If you would like to make a cash donation to the Larimer County CAC, you may do so by check or you may contribute via our on-line credit card acceptance program. Either way, we’ll be sure to send you a receipt acknowledging your donation for tax purposes.  Since the Larimer County Child Advocacy Center is a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization, your contributions are tax deductible.

Barb Etherton is a real estate agent with Prudential Rocky Mountain Realtors. Barb's team donates a percentage of each transaction referred by friends of the CAC or through this website. Barb is a staunch supporter and was instrumental in helping the Center buy its facility in January 2008. She may be reached at 970-612-1215.

Volunteers

Volunteers are essential to our continued existence. The LCCAC is constantly in need of volunteers to assist in the following areas:

  • On Call Family Support Volunteer and Family Support Volunteer: guide and support the victim and family throughout the investigative/prosecution process while at the Center.
  • Fundraising: assist with special events.
  • Clerical Support: file, track library lending, update resource and photo albums, answer phones, greet clients and assist with various mailings.
  • Data Entry: update mailing lists, media lists, donor lists, and library accession list.
  • Building and Grounds Maintenance: garden and lawn care, clean facility, repairs.
  • Committees: join a small group of individuals working on a particular aspect of the LCCAC's overall structure, i.e. Facility, Program, Fundraising, Finance, Training, and Marketing.

Skills and interests of volunteers will be considered in all assignments. This list may be updated as necessary and is not all-inclusive. If you would like to volunteer, please call us at 970-407-9739.
